3. Pricing & Payment

• All wholesale prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and customs duties.

• Payment terms: 50% deposit upfront, 50% balance before shipment (unless otherwise agreed).

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

• Orders are processed only after receipt of payment and confirmation of all product details.

6. Customization & Branding

• Any custom designs, embroidery, or branding must be approved before production begins.

• Changes after production begins may incur additional charges and delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 business days of receipt for review.

• Replacement or credit may be offered at our discretion.
