1. Eligibility for Returns

Wholesale orders are eligible for refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Items damaged during manufacturing or shipping.

  • Incorrect Shipment: Wrong product, size, or quantity received.

Note: Custom or branded products (with embroidery, logos, or personalized designs) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

To request a refund or replacement:

3. Refund & Replacement

  • Replacement: Approved items will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Martial Arts Wears.


4. Processing Time

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days.
